The Kewanee High girls track team placed eighth among the 10 teams competing Monday in a meet at Bureau Valley High School.
Jendayia Crowe had two second-place finishes, in the 100 meter hurdles and the 300 meter hurdles. And Damaris Diaz was second in the shot put.
Wethersfield placed third, Stark County fourth and Ridgewood seventh in the meet.
