
The Kewanee Boilermakers boys basketball program took a triple dipper from Hall, with victories by the varsity, sophomore and freshman teams.
Kewanee’s varsity topped Hall 62-50, led by Griff Hicks with 21 points. Dayvon Robinson had 15 and Chris Crowe added 11.
The Boilermakers move to 2-0 in conference play and 7-3 on year. They face Riverdale Saturday in Brockman Gym at 4:30 p.m.
The sophomore team beat Hall Kewanee 51-39.
Alex Ramos had 17, Jaxon DeReu 12 and Jacob Coombes 9 for the Riveters.
Matthew Southerland and Lincoln Throneburg each had 11 to lead the freshmen to a 54-23 win over Hall.
Eight other players scored for Kewanee in the game.
