This past weekend, Annawan-Wethersfield Titans runner Noah Feltner took his last leap across the finish line at his final cross country race as an AW runner. He competed at the IHSA 1A state championship at Detweiller Park in Peoria.

At this meet, Feltner placed 106th with a time of 16:05.

Feltner has made it to state the last two seasons. This year, he improved from his last year state placing by eight places and 10 seconds.

He had the support of his team, coaches, and family to help cheer him on throughout this final race. He represented his team well as the only A-W contestant. He brought great sportmanship and determination to this race and season.

Feltner’s final run ended the 2025 Annawan-Wethersfield cross country season.
