An animal was impounded in the 700 block of South Chestnut Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 100 block of North Tremont Street.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance complaint in the 1100 block of West Mill Street.

Molly S. Horsley, 34, Kewanee, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large in the 200 block of East Church Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

Ronald L. Neal, 62, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at Third and Main streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.
