Kewanee weekend police blotter for Sept. 5-7

Friday:

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of June Street.

An animal at large was reported at College and Tenney streets.

An animal at large was reported in the 900 block of Cambridge Road.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

An animal at large was impounded in the 100 block of North High Street.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Community Square.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Pleasantview Avenue.

Kirk C. Bryner, 70, Kewanee, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver/methamphetamine following a traffic stop at First and East streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 400 block of North Lakeview Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Jacob R. Dailey, 21, Kewanee, struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Antwain Cabil, 31, Kewanee, in the 600 block of Elliott Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a complaint of a barking dog in the 800 block of West Prospect Street.

Saturday:

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of West Mill Street.

A vehicle driven by Keyontiss L. Patterson, 21, Kewanee, struck a vehicle driven by Christian E. Crockett, 31, Kewanee, in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. No injuries were reported. Patterson was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information after accident and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was given notices to appear.

Police responded to a report go a domestic disturbance on United Lane.

Keyontiss L. Patterson, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI, DUI over .08, expired registration and unlawful use of a weapon following a traffic stop at Lakeview Avenue and Rollins Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 200 block of Community Square.

John L. Hyde III, 24, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of order of protection following a complaint in the 800 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

An animal was impounded on Prospect Place.

An accident involving a vehicle driven by Christopher Paredes, 28, Kewanee, struck a vehicle driven by Andes F. Marin Hincapie, 39, Kewanee, at Beach and Prospect streets. Paredes was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and driving the wrong way on a one way road. He was given a notice to appear.

Amanda M. Witte, 44, Kewanee, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop at Oak and Tremont streets. She was given a notice to appear.

Sunday:

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Delano P. Best, 43, Kewanee, was arrested in the 800 block of East Third Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass to land. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 500 block of East Second Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of Lake Street.

Ernest J. Walker, 40, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of North Tremont Street.

Chad W. Olson, 31, Kewanee, was arrested in the 400 block of North Lakeview Avenue on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for theft. He was given a notice to appear.

Nathan S. Vancil, 18, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Willow Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of North Chestnut Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 300 block of Helmer Street.
