The Hog Herald returns: Hog Days’ official paper hits the stands

The official newspaper of Kewanee Hog Days, The Hog Herald, will be available beginning Thursday, Aug. 21 at participating locations throughout Kewanee.

This free 20-page edition, published by The Kewanee Voice, includes a wide range of content to celebrate the annual festival. Readers can look forward to feature articles, columns, puzzles, trivia, a recipe from columnist Kim Gehling, the full Hog Days schedule and personal memories submitted by Voice readers.

Now in its second year, The Hog Herald is made possible through the sponsorship and support of the Hog Days Committee. Voice publisher Mike Berry and editor Susan DeVilder extend their sincere thanks to the committee for their early partnership, and to the many businesses and organizations whose advertising support helps bring this special edition to life.
