On Saturday and Sunday, Hidden Lake County Club in rural Sheffield held their club championship tournament with 28 men and 12 ladies participating.
Kenny Jones continued his streak with shooting a 63/61 for 124 for first and Nolan Scott shot 71/74 for 145 for second.
Blue tee winners:
B Flight- AJ Bates 93/88 for 181- first; Todd Youngglove 100/98 for 198- second
A flight- Jeff Bowman 77/78 for 155 -first; Jordan Wetzel 77/82 for 159 -second
Silver Tee Winners:
C Flight: Dave Kaiser 84/89 for 173 – first; B Flight: Steve Sash 75/95 for 170 – first; Lyle Litherland 93/93 for 186- second
A Flight: Bill Ellis 75/82 for 157 -first; Tom DeMay 78/81 for 159- second
Championship: Gary Barnett 75/79 for 154- first; Denny Desplinter 74/81 for 155- second
The club champion for the ladies is also a repeat. Karen Taylor shot a 83/83 for 166 for first place, with Karen Mangold taking second with 85/90 for 175 in a playoff with Patsy DeFauw.
