Kewanee weekend police blotter for July 25-27

Friday:

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Seventh Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of West Prospect Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Eighth Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 100 block of South Junior Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Todd R. Langlois, 45, Kewanee, was arrested in the 600 block of Cole Street on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear in court. He was given a notice to appear. He was also arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a complaint of a barking dog in the 100 block of North Adams Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of South West Street.

Saturday:

Mercedes Williams, 19, Kewanee, was arrested for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Haley S. McBride, 25, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with suspended registration for no insurance following a traffic stop at Third and Main streets. She was given a notice to appear.

Paul H. Berube, 54, Milan, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Second and Tremont streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Dawn M. Chasteen, 36, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at Oak and Park streets. Alisha S. Nightingale, 43, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for pretrial/failure to return from furlough. Both were transported to the Henry County Jail.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of East Eighth Street.

An animal was impounded at Sixth and Main streets.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft at Pleasant View Cemetery.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of Tenney Street.

Alexa M. Stone, 35, Kewanee, was cited for speeding (50/35) following a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Main Street. She was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Cottage Street.

An animal at large was reported at Florence and Lake streets.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 500 block of North Lexington Avenue.

Police responded to disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace complaint in the 300 block of Goodrich Street.

Sunday:

An animal at large was reported at Chestnut and Oak streets.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to vehicle in the 100 block of North Adams Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Simpson Avenue.

An animal was impounded in the 1200 block of Roseview Avenue.

Cheyenne N. Eilts, 27, Rock Island, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Haley S. McBride, 25, Kewanee, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large in the 400 block of Beach Street South. She was given a notice to appear.

Juan P. Rivera, 22, Kewanee, was arrested for driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 500 block of North Grove Street.
