Kewanee police blotter for June 11

Cassel O. R. Taylor, 27, Kewanee, was cited for improper turn signal following a traffic stop at May Street and Railroad Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Misty L. Scott, 36, Kewanee, was cited for speeding (56/30) and suspended registration following a traffic stop in the 300 block of West Sixth Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Richard C. Johnson, 68, Tampico, was cited for expired registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Identity theft was reported in the 400 block of Rice Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of East Fifteenth Street.

Carl S. Hansen, 39, Kewanee, was cited for improper lane usage on a bicycle following a traffic stop at Fifth Street and Grace Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a damage-only traffic accident in the 600 block of East Prospect Street.

Buffy L. Burcham, 56, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for no valid registration following a request for a motorist assist at Third Street and Grace Avenue. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of East Seventh Street.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Houle Avenue.

Police responded to a juvenile disturbance in the 1300 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 1300 block of Lake Street.
