Alexis A. Heck, 23, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI, DUI over .08, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and operating an uninsured vehicle after a vehicle she was operating struck a parked and unattended vehicle at Oak and Walnut streets. She was given a notice to appear.
Eric M. Dennison, 26, South Haven, Mich., was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated criminal sex abuse. He was also arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
