Kewanee police blotter for March 3

John M. Frampton, 57, Kewanee, turned himself into police on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine following an in- state warrant in the 400 block of South Elm Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Les E. Gillespie, 50, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of order of protection after a follow-up in the 800 block of Pleasant Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Animal abuse and neglect was reported in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

Angelita M. Mitchell, 60, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for DUI/alcohol following an in-state warrant in the 400 block of East Third Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 700 block of West Third Street.

An animal at large was reported at Oak and Vine streets.

A 17-year-old male juvenile, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint and kidnapping following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Seventh Street. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to residence in the 400 block of South Grove Street.

Theft was reported in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

James M. Searcy, 43, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of pretrial release following a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 500 block of North East Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 700 block of Junior Avenue.

Melissa A. McVicker, 35, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for allowing a dog to run at large after a follow-up in the 400 block of East Third Street.
