Kewanee weekend police blotter for August 23-25

Friday:

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at Third and May streets.

Katherine V. Elliott, 58, Kewanee, was arrested for theft of services following a complaint of theft of labor or services in the 400 block of South Main Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a barking dog at McKinley and Morton avenues.

Randall F. Trimmer, 52, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear/animal owners following a report of an in-state warrant in the 600 block of Odea Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a complaint of retail theft in the 600 block of Tenney Street.

An animal at large was reported at McKinley Avenue and Vine Street.

An animal at large was reported at Houle Avenue and Willard Street.

Police responded to a complaint of animal abuse and neglect in the 100 block of McClure Street.

Police responded to a complaint of identity theft in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Police responded to a complaint of criminal trespass to real property in the 600 block of Cole Street.

Police responded to a report of theft over $500 in Davenport.

Katherine V. Elliott, 58, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to state property and resisting a peace officer following a complaint of criminal damage to property in the 600 block of West First Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Theresa R. Miller, 38, Lesterville, Mo., was issued a citation for speeding (50/35) following a traffic stop at Mill and Tenney streets. She was given a notice to appear.

Saturday:

Adolfo H. Fragoso, 24, Kewanee, was issued citations for possession of adult use cannabis in vehicle and speeding (41/30) following a traffic stop at Church and Tenney streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Zachary AR Huffman, 20, Kewanee, was arrested for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration and possession of cannabis in motor vehicle following a request to check welfare in the 500 block of North Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported at Fairview Homes.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Brian J. Nance, 44, Galva, and Francisco Grajeda, 38, Kewanee, was reported at Hollis and McClure streets. No injuries were reported. Nance was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He was given a notice to appear.

Donna M. Hodge, 62, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and retail theft x3 following a report of a civil complaint in the 700 block of Dewey Avenue. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft at Floral and Lake streets.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Novalee M. Hoffman, 19, Toulon, and a 15-year-old female was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported. Hoffman was cited for failure to yield. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 200 block of North East Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Greenwood Street in Dorchester.

Renee M. Rose, 22, Bradford, and Zachary Balice, 30, Wyoming, were arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Lake Street. They were transported to the Henry County Jail.

Sunday:

Dallas R. Kuykendall, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for pretrial/ original charge resisting a peace officer x2, aggravated battery of a peace officer, aggravated assault correction probation x2, burglary, theft, and criminal trespass to residence following an in-state warrant in the 100 block of East Sixth Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Eighth Street.

Kevin P. Hermie, 68, Kewanee, was cited for no valid registration and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at Third and Tremont streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a civil disturbance in the 200 block of North Tremont Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of North Walnut Street.

Dani M. Schober, 37, Toulon, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear. Carl T. Schinkey, 43, Neponset, was issued a citation for unlawful possession of title documents without complete assignment. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

A hit and run accident involving a vehicle driven by Rem TJ Singleton, 23, Rock Island, that struck a vehicle belonging to Artisha Johnson, 34, Kewanee, was reported in the 200 block of Community Square. No injuries were reported. Singleton was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage. He was given notice to appear.
