Beginning next Monday, Aug. 12, the Henry and Stark County Health Departments and First Choice Healthcare will offer walk-in school-ready exam clinics. The clinics will be held from noon until 6 p.m. in Kewanee, Colona and Toulon.
The special clinics will offer both school and sports physicals at a fee of $40. Those with insurance should bring insurance information for billing.
The clinic will offer area junior and senior high school athletes, freshmen, sixth graders, kindergartners and preschoolers school or sports physicals. To save on wait time, parents should arrive with physical forms, obtained through local school districts, already completed.
