Kewanee police blotter for July 10

An animal at large was impounded in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

An animal at large was impounded in the 1200 block of West South Street.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of East Third Street.

Eric C. Eagelston, 24, Kewanee, was arrested on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear for domestic battery or bodily harm and failure to appear for aggravated DUI following a report of criminal sex abuse in the 100 block of North Lakeview Avenue. No bond was posted and he was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of Nelson Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident at Prospect and Vine streets.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Garfield and Tenney streets.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 500 block of East First Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Western Avenue.

An animal at large was reported in the 100 block of West Garfield Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Second Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 1000 block of Terry Avenue.

Sara L. Hyde, 32, Kewanee, was cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at Third Street and Burr Boulevard. She was given a notice to appear.
