Friday:

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of a damage-only traffic accident in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at Fifth and Main streets.

Police responded to a report of illegal dumping in the 300 block of East Sixth Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Prospect Street.

Police responded to a report of a barking dog in the 200 block of East Garfield Street.

Franziska J. Hurliman, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for retail theft, deceptive practices x2, armed violence, and unlawful use of a weapon following a report of retail theft, conceal/ remove beyond pay station in the 700 block of Tenney Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of aggravated battery in the 1000 block of Cambridge Road.

Lewis R. Thompson, 50, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Goodrich and Willow streets. Michelle P. Workheiser, 31, Kewanee, and Jeremy E. Kersey, 45, Kewanee, both cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.
