Kewanee police blotter for Feb. 27

An animal at large was reported in the 100 block of Payson Street.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles operated by Sara Britt, 33, Kewanee, and Landon Mason, 18, Kewanee, was reported in the 400 block of East Second Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

An animal at large was reported in the 900 block of North Burr Boulevard.

Demetrius E. Lucas, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal trespass to state-supported land following a report to remove an unwanted subject at Fairview Homes. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of criminal defacement to property in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Junior Avenue.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of West South Street.

Kimberly K. Huggins, 39, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license following a report of an in-state warrant in the 1200 block of East Third Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 200 block of East Second Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

An animal was impounded in the 200 block of North Boss Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of South Elm Street.

Demetrius E. Lucas, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal trespass to state-supported property following a report of criminal trespass to state supported land at Fairview Homes. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
