Kewanee weekend police blotter for Jan. 5-7

Friday:

Brianna J. Trim, 29, Kewanee, was cited for driving with license suspended following a traffic stop at First Street and Grace Avenue. She was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 800 block of Lake Street.

John M. Frampton, 55, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for criminal trespass to residence with people present following a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of East Division Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1000 block of West Church Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported. A vehicle driven by June M. Barnes, 74, Laura, struck a vehicle owned by Patricia C. Hamilton, 49, Wyoming, in the 100 block of North Burr Boulevard. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of East Eighth Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 600 block of Hollis Street.

A vehicle operated by Diane C. Dolieslager, 72, Cambridge, struck a vehicle driven by Dzelil Osamani, 60, Kewanee, in the 300 block of North Main Street. Dolieslager was issued a citation for improper U-turn. She was given a notice to appear.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 300 block of Helmer Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Beach and Pine streets.

Isaiah M. Dennison, 21, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Florence Street. He was unable to post bond and transported to the Henry County Jail.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Main Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Elliott Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at Third Street and Lakeview Avenue.

Saturday:

A domestic disturbance was reported at Third Street and Lakeview Avenue.

A vehicle operated by Carley G. Frail, 33, Kewanee, struck a residence in the 700 block of Rose Street. No injuries were reported. She was issued citations for DUI1, DUI2, possession of adult use cannabis inside of motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of East Fifth Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Elliott Street.

An animal was impounded in the 200 block of East Prospect Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Florence Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 200 block of East Oak Street.

Police responded to a report of theft over $500 in the 800 block of North Walnut Street.

An animal at large was reported at Birch Place South and Kinzer Court.

An animal at large was reported in the 700 block of Florence Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to residence in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue.

An animal was impounded in the 800 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1300 block of East Seventh Street.

Audri A. Roberts, 21, Kewanee, was issued a citation for failure to secure a child under the age of 8 following a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Main Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Deja J. Spencer, 19, Kewanee, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Sunday:

An animal was impounded in the 800 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report to remove an unwanted subject in the 200 block of North East Street.

Elva Quintero Sanchez, 45, Kewanee, was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and operating a vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Central Boulevard. She was given a notice to appear.

Parese L. Blanks, 31, Galesburg, was arrested for a Knox County warrant for failure to appear following a report to remove an unwanted subject in the 400 block of West South Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 800 block of West Prospect Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 900 block of Rose Street.
