The trivia action will start early this year when the Kewanee Area United Way hosts a Trivia Romance Night.
The event is set for Friday, Jan. 26 at the Kewanee Elks Club, located at 113 N. Tremont St. The doors open at 5:30 pm, with the trivia starting at 6 pm. Teams can consist of up to 10 members, and the KAUW is urging participants to book their tables now, since the Elks Club fills up quickly.
The sponsorship cost for each team is $100 with the proceeds benefiting the KAUW. Team fees can be paid by the team captains online at www.kauw.org or at the door on Jan. 26. A 50/50 drawing is also planned, and teams are invited to bring their own snacks.
