
Nickolas J. Ingle, 20, was charged with multiple offenses after his vehicle left the roadway and ended up inside the building occupied by the Henry County Office of Emergency Management in Cambridge.
According to a press statement from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, on June 16 at approximately 5:30 am, a vehicle driven by Ingle was traveling on Route 34 when it left the road and traveled onto the property of the HCOEM, located at 4424 US Hwy 34. The vehicle struck the main building and came to rest inside. At the time of the crash, the building was unoccupied.
Ingle is charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and driving under the influence.
The HCSO is currently investigating the matter. No other information is available at this time.
