The Kewanee Chamber of Commerce posted the results for the 2023 annual Hog Day Stampede that took place on Saturday, Sept. 2.
In the one mile, male participants top five finishes included: Colson Welgat finished in 5:18. Bryant Jeffrey finished 5:19; Catrelle Reed in 5:44; Ivan Martinez in 6:11 and Gregory Kublitz in 6:13.
For female participants, Breckyn Granell finished in 6:57; Avery Pratt at 7:02; Olivia Ralston in 7:07; Ellie Welgat in 7:09 and Brooklyn Blahnick in 7:13.
For the four mile, males participant top five finishes include: Zach Johnson in 24:37; Sam Showman in 25.00; Dylan Rainwater in 25:42; Robert Lininger at 26:08 and Antonio Martinez in 27:02.
The top five female participants in the four mile are: Elizabeth Lininger in 27:38, Alexandra Lempke in 28:10; Olivia Lowell in 31:56; Jill Schueneman in 32.06 and Charlene Hamann in 33.11.
