Police cited Dulce M. Contreras, 27, of Kewanee, for failure to secure a child, following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North East Street. She was issued a notice to appear.
Jesus L. Rivera, 30, of Kewanee, was cited for operating uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop at Eighth and East streets. He was issued a notice to appear.
A neighborhood disturbance was handled in the 200 block of West Church Street.
After officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of North Main Street, Steven D. Walker, 31, of Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
