Frances R. Price, 98, of Kewanee, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at Arcadia Care of Kewanee, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 20, 1927, in Bradford at the home, the daughter of Frank, Sr. and Daisy (Hewitt) Mannon. Frances married Dale Price on June 26, 1948, he preceded her in death on August 22, 2022.

Frances is survived by two sons, Dennis (Donya) Price, Kewanee, Rich (Sheri) Price, Kewanee; three grandchildren, Dean (Rachelle) Price, Kewanee, Duane (Torri) Price, Sheffield, Eric Price, Kewanee; three great grandchildren, Dillon, Jackson, Daelyn; and a brother, Frank “Toad” Mannon, Jr., Kewanee. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Mary Ferris, Julia Barton; and a brother, Clyde Mannon.

Frances worked as an office manager for Dale Price Coal Yard, working alongside her husband, Dale. In her younger years she worked for the YMCA Kiddie Kollege. She enjoyed watching birds at her bird feeder, collecting pottery antiques, and baking pies. Most of all, Frances loved spending time with her family.

Private graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Pastor Andrew Christman will officiate. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery.
