The Kewanee Police Department is reminding residents of the Community Portal available year-round through Frontline. The community portal helps keep residents, their families and property safe, the KPD said.
Services offered include:
Vacation Watch: Lets the KPD know when you’ll be away, and officers will check on your property while you’re gone. To participate, just submit your property details and travel dates.
Pet management: Never lose track of your pet. Register your pet with the KPD so they have access to identifying information on file. If your pet ever goes missing or is found, this helps police to get them home faster.
Key Holders: If you’re a business owner or resident, you can provide contact info for people who have keys to your property. This helps the KPD quickly reach someone in case of emergencies.
At-Risk Residents: If you or a loved one is an At-Risk Resident, enter your info so first responders have important details readily available in case of an emergency.
