
Kewanee High School’s varsity girls track team finished in fifth place out of six teams Saturday in the Cavalier Track Meet at LaSalle-Peru High School. The JV team finished sixth out of six teams.
“Not bad considering we had a limited number of girls competing on Saturday,” said Coach Amanda Johnson.
Team results from the meet were La Salle-Peru 160 points, Rochelle 158, Morris 130, Washington 82, Kewanee 54 and Streator 28.
