
Kewanee High School’s boys track team placed first, and the girls team was third, in a five-team track meet Thursday in the KHS stadium.
The boys totaled 82 points, followed by : with 70, Sterling Newman 53, Monmouth-Roseville 43 and Peru St. Bede 22.
For the girls meet, ROWVA-Williamsfield won with 92 points. Newman was second with 61, KHS third with 53, Mon-Rose fourth with 29 and St. Bede fifth with 17.
