Kewanee weekend police blotter for Sept. 8-10

Friday:

A vehicle operated by John D. Fidoe, 76, Annawan, struck a vehicle operated by Elawna Register, 18, Monmouth, following a traffic accident in the 500 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Ann M. Heugel, 62, Kewanee, was arrested on a Lasalle County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license following a welfare check at Prospect and Tremont streets. She posted bond.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South West Street.

Jacob E. Milby, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI and possession of meth following a report of suspicious activity at Fairview Homes. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of Rice Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Saturday:

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls, in the 300 block of Liberty Lane.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of South Cottage Street. The animal was taken to the impound.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 200 block of West Church Street.

Carl S. Hansen, 37, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for disorderly conduct following a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 500 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of an accident involving a vehicle driven by a 15-year-old female hitting a tree in the 1000 block of Pleasantview Avenue. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls, in the 600 block of East Church Street.

Lisa M. Frail, 33, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for failure to inoculate an animal following a report of a dog bite in the 600 block of North Washington Street.

Michael M. Duytschaver, 22, Kewanee, was arrested for failure to register/ sex offender violation following a report of sex offender, failure to register in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Chloe M. Bos, 18, Atkinson, was issued a citation for failure to transfer title following a traffic stop at Railroad Avenue and See Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Sunday:

Theft under $500 was reported in the 800 block of Lake Street.

Luis D. Flores, 30, Fort Mill, South Carolina, was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 300 block of West Prospect Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Casandra J. Crane, 39, Kewanee, was arrested for burglary, criminal damage to property, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a report of a residential burglary in the 200 block of South Tremont Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of West Sixth Street.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 700 block of East Prospect Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of Nelson Avenue.

An animal at large was reported at Main and West Prospect streets.

A vicious animal was reported in the 900 block of North Burr Boulevard.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 600 block of Cole Street.

Police responded to a report on an accident involving vehicles driven by Cassidy J. Miller, 19, Hooppole, and Josina M. Vanstaden, 42, Kewanee, at Elliot and Prospect streets. No injuries were reported and Miller was issued a citation for failure to yield. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 300 block of South Chestnut Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of East Sixth Street.
