Kewanee weekend Police blotter for Sept. 15-17

Friday:

Timothy L. Cravens, 38, Kewanee, was arrested for a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license in the 400 block of East Third Street. He posted bond.

A vehicle driven by Deborah K. Rieker, 71, Kewanee, struck bicyclist Michelle A. Engels, 54, Kewanee, following a report of bicycle accident in the 300 block of Tenney Street. One person was transported to the hospital and no citations were issued.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported in the 600 block of Hollis Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of Rockwell Street.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace on Florence Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of North Park Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 100 block of North Elm Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 100 block of North Elm Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 700 block of West Prospect Street.

Saturday:

An animal was impounded in the 900 block of Simpson Avenue.

Delisa F. Simmons, 61, Kewanee, was arrested for a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance following a report of retail theft in the 200 block of North East Street. She was unable to post bond and transported to the Stark County Jail.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Willow Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of Rose Street.

Christina M. McClay, 39, Kewanee, was issued citations for expired driver’s license, expired registration, and improper use of registration following a traffic stop at East and Prospect streets. She was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of North Chestnut Street.

Sunday:

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of North Vine Street.

An animal at large was impounded in the 1000 block of North East Street.

An animal was impounded in the 1100 block of Pine Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of South Chestnut Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of West Fifth Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1100 block of Pine Street.

An animal at large was reported at Fischer and Lyle streets.

A dog bite was reported in the 700 block of North Tremont Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Florence Street.
