Friday:

An animal at large was reported in the 800 block of North Main Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

Police responded to a report of a residential burglary in the 700 block of East Second Street.

Police responded to a report of a barking dog in the 200 block of North Boss Street.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect at Sixth and Main streets.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 900 block of North Main Street.

Criminal damage to property was reported in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Saturday:

Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Beach Street South.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 800 block of Rockwell Street.

Police responded to a report of theft of labor or services in the 400 block of East Third Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Whitney Avenue.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Main Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Second Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 500 block of North East Street.

Michelle R. Simmons, 50, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Central Boulevard.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Tenney Street.
