Jennifer L. Manchester, 34, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for forgery following an in-state warrant at New and Washington streets. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Kylie M. Pignato, 30, Kewanee, was arrested for unlawful visitation interference following a report of a civil complaint, custody violations in the 600 block of Cole Street. She was given a notice to appear.
