Kewanee weekend police blotter for Oct. 18-20

Friday:

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 300 block of West Sixth Street.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

An animal at large was reported in the 500 block of East Eighth Street.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Amanda L. Wates, 38, Kewanee, and Tyler W. Ulrich, 19, Eureka, was reported at Garfield and Tenney streets. No injuries were reported. Wates was issued a citation for failure to yield at intersection. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 300 block of East Tenth Street.

Jacqueline L. Houser, 49, Kewanee, was issued a citation for littering on the roadway following a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Main Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Jeffery L. Weir, 65, Kewanee, was arrested for driving revoked following a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Third Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Dallas R. Kuykendall, 29, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for resisting, theft, burglary and aggravated assault following an in-state warrant in the 200 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Saturday:

An animal was impounded in the 800 block of Franklin Street.

An animal at large was reported at East Street and Pleasantview Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a traffic accident in the 800 block of North Vine Street.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported in the 100 block of West South Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1600 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the 500 block of North Lakeview Avenue.

An animal at large was reported at Division and Dwight streets.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Rockwell Street.

Sunday:

Police responded to a report of a suspicious noise in the 1300 block of East Seventh Street.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 1300 block of East Seventh Street.

Police responded to a report of a suspicious noise in the 1100 block of Pine Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

An animal at large was reported in the 200 block of Community Square.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East College Street.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace at Tenney and South streets.
