Francisco Ramos Chavez, 24, Kewanee, was arrested for driving suspended, DUI over .08, DUI, improper lane usage, operating uninsured vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for burglary following a report of a damage only traffic accident and reckless driving in the 500 block of East First Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
