Kewanee weekend police blotter for March 21-23

Friday:

Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 200 block of South Main Street.

Police responded to a report of theft under $500 in the 100 block of Market Street in Galva.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Rose Street.

Sabina T. Howard, 35, Princeton, was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East College Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Christopher L. Crowe, 45, Buda, was arrested at 10th and Walnut streets for failure to register and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 100 block of Willard Street.

Theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 200 block of South Main Street.

An animal at large was reported at West Division and Tenney streets.

Dakota Woods, 22, Kewanee, was arrested on Rose Street for resisting and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated assault and possession of a hypodermic needle. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of a juvenile disturbance in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

Jessica L. Carlson, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for unlawful interference with parenting time following a civil complaint, custody violations reported in the 400 block of East Third Street. She was given a notice to appear.

A damage-only traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Kevixon J. Mora, 30, Kewanee, that backed into a parked vehicle owned by Tory Hawley, Wyoming, was reported in the 400 block of West Oak Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

An animal at large was reported at Elm and Prospect streets.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Police responded to a report of tobacco, sale/possession by minor in the 100 block of South Main Street.

Saturday:

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1200 block of Rose Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 900 block of North Main Street.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 100 block of North Elm Street.

Police responded to a damage-only traffic accident in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Third and Main streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Main Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 1000 block of North Chestnut Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Mill Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street.

Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Main Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 300 block of North East Street.

George D. Little, 44, Neponset, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of North East Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 100 block of West South Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Central Boulevard and Tremont Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East First Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Main Street.

A residential burglary was reported in the 600 block of Cole Street.

Sunday:

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Railroad trespassing was reported at Boss and Commercial streets.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.

Police responded to a report of a juvenile disturbance in the 400 block of East College Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East South Street.

Monica L. Evans, 50, Kewanee, was arrested for retail theft following a report of retail theft in the 800 block of Tenney Street. She was given a notice to appear.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported in the 200 block of West Third Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Hollis and McClure streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Division and Washington streets.
