Kursock was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and given a notice to appear. Cavius L. Reed, 19, Kewanee, was cited for possession of adult use cannabis inside of a motor vehicle. Reed was given a notice to appear.
Allanah M. Kiesewetter, 22, Bradford, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of South Elm Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
