Shelby M. Mulder, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property, resisting, domestic battery, and interference with report of domestic battery following a 911 hang up in the 200 block of Willard Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Motor vehicle theft was reported in the 600 block of South Main Street.
