A damage-only accident involving a vehicle driven by Kajuan G. Winters, 22, Kewanee, and a vehicle driven by Aaliyah Duarte, 18, Kewanee, was reported at Third and East streets. Winters was issued a citation for failure to yield at intersection. He was given a notice to appear.

Shelby M. Mulder, 36, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property, resisting, domestic battery, and interference with report of domestic battery following a 911 hang up in the 200 block of Willard Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Motor vehicle theft was reported in the 600 block of South Main Street.
