Kewanee weekend police blotter for Dec. 1-3

Friday:

An animal at large was reported at Sixth and Adams streets.

Kenneth E. Hufnagel, 58, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of order of protection after a follow-up in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 500 block of East First Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

Theft over $500 was reported in the 100 block of East Tenth Street.

Donna M. Hodge, 62, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, theft, and retail theft following a report of criminal trespass to state-supported land in the 600 block of Hollis Street. She was also arrested for resisting a peace officer and aggravated assault of a peace officer. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

William R. Pitzer, 44, Kewanee, was arrested for theft and possession of stolen property following a report of theft under $500 in the 800 block of East Second Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Alissa M. Ince, 37, Kewanee, was arrested for unlawful visitation interference following a civil complaint/custody violations in the 400 block of East Third Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Tenney Street.

Saturday:

Alexis A. Heck, 22, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI A1, A2, and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Mill and Tenney streets. She was given a notice to appear.

A vehicle owned by Timothy J. Pence, 58, Kewanee, was struck a vehicle operated by Lewis R. Thompson, 50, Kewanee, following a report of a traffic accident in the 300 block of Tenney Street. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Mark A. Tibbs Jr., 36, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass to a residence with a person present following a report of a civil disturbance in the 300 block of East Prospect Street. No bond was posted and he was transported to the Henry County Jail.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles driven by a 16-year-old female juvenile from Kewanee and Jeffrey H. Gaspard, 60, Kewanee, was reported at First and Main streets. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 200 block of North East Street.

Randall F. Trimmer, 51, Kewanee, was cited for owners duties following a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 600 block of Odea Street. He was given a notice to appear.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Main Street.

An animal was impounded in the 600 block of Beach Street.

Sunday:

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Hope Way.

Kirsten L. Shaw, 19, Kewanee, was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal transportation of alcohol, adult use cannabis in motor vehicle, and disobeying stop sign following a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Second Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Jakob L. Saey, 30, Kewanee, was arrested for expired registration following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Prospect Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Madison Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 400 block of United Lane.

Gary M. Wates, 47, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of West Fifth Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

An animal was impounded in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 500 block of North Tremont Street.

Anthony D. Lopez, 25, Kewanee, was cited for driving with license suspended following a traffic stop at Fairview Homes. He was given a notice to appear.

Brandon E. Hewitt, 41, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct following a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 300 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at East and Prospect streets.

Desiree M. Ryder, 39, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operation with suspended registration-no insurance following a traffic stop at Lakeview and Pleasantview Avenues. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of Tenney Street.
