Donald J. Shaw, 26, Galva, was arrested for aggravated fleeing, possession of a stolen vehicle, speeding (70/30), failure to signal when required, no valid driver’s license, passing in a no passing zone, disobeying a stop sign x2 and an IDOC warrant for parole violation following a report of motor vehicle theft in the 100 block of Payson Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

A traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Jeremiah A. Hand, 33, Manlius, and Larry A. Flannery, 73, Kewanee, was reported at Lakeview and Pleasantview avenues. No injuries were reported. Hand was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. He was given a notice to appear.
