Police responded to a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 600 block of Willow Street.

Police conducted a death investigation in the 300 block of Beach Avenue.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 300 block of Ridyard Avenue.

An animal was impounded in the 800 block of Columbus Avenue.

A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles operated by Paul I. King, 81, Annawan, and Rodney L. Young, 72, Annawan, was reported in the 100 block of East Central Boulevard. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

An animal at large was reported in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 200 block of North East Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue.

A complaint of criminal sexual assault/threat of use of force was made in the 200 block of Community Square.

A request to remove an unwanted subject was made in the 500 block of North Main Street.
