Adkisson, 30, Galva, was arrested on a Knox County warrant for violation of pretrial release for stalking/ telephone harassment and a Warren County warrant for failure to appear for domestic battery following an in-state warrant in the 200 block of North East Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

A damage-only accident involving vehicles operated by Tyler A. Gorden, 18, Kewanee, and Voshon E. Stevenson, 27, Kewanee, was reported in the 500 block of South Main Street. No injuries were reported. Gorden was cited for improper lane usage. He was given a notice to appear.
