John M. Frampton, 56, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine following a report of an in-state warrant at Third Street and Lakeview Avenue. He was given a notice to appear. He was also arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass to a residence with a person present. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
