An animal at large was reported in the 400 block of South Main Street.

Virgil Vanwynsberg, 45, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large at Pleasant View Cemetery.

Police responded to a report of battery at Oak and Tremont streets.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Whitney Avenue.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Tremont Street.

An animal at large was reported at Elm and Oak streets.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Tenth Street.

Police responded to a report of a damage-only traffic accident at Sixth and Main streets.

Police responded to a report of a dog bite in the 300 block of East Central Boulevard.

Scott A. Peed, 43, Kewanee, was arrested for theft following a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of West Second Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Nithin Omanakuttan, 33, Kewanee, was arrested for a Carroll County warrant for battery following a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Freedom Lane.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East First Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.
