Karl E. Griffin, 57, Peoria, was issued a citation for adult-use cannabis in motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Division Street and Ridyard Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.
Dawn A. Hubbard, 39, Kewanee, was arrested for DUI, DUI over .08, and improper turn signal following a traffic stop at Sixth and West streets. She was given a notice to appear.
William R. Jones, 56, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop at Sixth Street and Lexington Avenue. He was transported to the Henry County Jail. He was also arrested for driving on a revoked license.
