Kewanee police blotter for Nov. 1

Jacob L. Skinner, 22, Kewanee, was cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration-no insurance following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Mill Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of Park Avenue.

Police issued a verbal warning following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of East Third Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 800 block of East Third Street.

Jenny L. Johnson, 42, Kewanee, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large and the keeping of a dangerous dog following a report of a disturbance, neighborhood trouble in the 900 block of North East Street. She was given notices to appear. Nolan G. Drawyer, 75, Kewanee, was arrested for provoking a disturbance. He was given a notice to appear.

Vincent F. Fuller, 33, Kewanee, was arrested for expired registration sticker following a traffic stop at Division and Willard streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of West First Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Lake Street.
