Tabitha R. Valentine, 35, of Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear in court on a speeding violation and unlawful use of handicap parking. She posted bond.
Anthony D. Thomas, 28, of Kewanee, was arrested on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of transportation of cannabis. He posted bond.
