Kewanee police blotter for May 6

Jason D. Dykeman, 33, Kewanee, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop at Midland Road and South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Matthew Hammons, 40, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at Ninth Street and Burr Boulevard. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

An animal at large was reported in the 900 block of North East Street.

An animal was impounded at Seventh and Vine streets.

Police responded to a report of a civil disturbance in the 300 block of East Prospect Street.

Police responded to a report of deceptive practices, bad checks in the 100 block of West South Street.

Police responded to a report of battery in the 100 block of North Jackson Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-rights-brawls at Sixth and Ross streets.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1000 block of North Main Street. It was taken to the impound.

A 14-year-old female was arrested for aggravated battery and domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of North Main Street. She was issued a juvenile referral and a notice to appear.

Corrieann M. Ince, 20, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery and consumption of liquor by a minor following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Payson Street. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at First Street and Lexington Avenue.

Sara J. Carlson, 31, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of West Mill Street. Shauna M. Oleson, 31, Kewanee, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for guardian allows child truancy x2. Both were transported to the Henry County Jail.
