Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of West Mill Street.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 400 block of South Elm Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 400 block of Ross Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1100 block of West Prospect Street.

Police responded to a report of scams in the 1200 block of Pine Street.

Police responded to a report of attempted scams in the 500 block of Whitney Avenue.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North East Street.

An animal at large was reported at Eighth and Walnut streets.

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Tamia RN Howell, 22, Kewanee, was issued citations for no valid driver’s license, speeding (39/30) and a child not restrained following a traffic stop at Second and East streets.

An animal at large was impounded in the 400 block of West Mill Street.

A 13-year-old female was issued a notice to appear for possession of cannabis by persons under 21 following a report of a juvenile complaint in the 1200 block of East Tenth Street.
