Lopez, 25, Kewanee, was arrested on a valid Henry County warrant for failure to appear on two counts of no driver’s license and two counts of no insurance following a traffic stop at Florence Street and Railroad Avenue. He was unable to post bond and transported to the Henry County Jail.
