A 13-year-old male, a 13-year-old female, a 14-year-old male, two 15-year-old males, and a 15-year-old female, all of Peoria, were arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing a peace officer following a report of motor vehicle theft on Highway 34 city limits north bound. They were given juvenile referrals. One 15-year-old male was also charged with violation of stalking or no contact order. He was given a juvenile referral. A 15-year-old female was arrested on a Peoria County warrant for shoplifting. She was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
