Bradley J. Arbeiter, 41, Peoria, was cited for speeding over the statutory limit (56/40) following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Tenth and East streets.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Second and Walnut streets.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Dwight and South streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Tremont Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at First and Vine streets.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Main Street.

Nathaniel T. Lockett, 18, Kewanee, was cited for speeding over the statutory limit (41/30) and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at East Street South and Green Street. He was given notices to appear.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Church Street.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 600 block of West First Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East South Street.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 1300 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of West Prospect Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported at May and Lake streets.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

Luis Rivera, 46, Kewanee, was arrested for forgery following a report of forgery in the 600 block of North Main Street. He was given a notice to appear.
