Kewanee police blotter for July 22

Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, telephone threat in the 600 block of North East Street.

Police responded to a report of internet offenses, online theft by deception in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

An animal at large was reported at Ninth and Elm streets.

Police responded to a report of animal abuse and neglect in the 1600 block of New Street.

A 17-year-old male was arrested for retail theft following a report of retail theft in the 700 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal was impounded in the 200 block of South Tremont Street.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of North Elm Street.

Ruben E. Castillo Colon, 33, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Jesus L. Rivera, 31, Kewanee, was issued a citation for defective exhaust following a traffic stop at Fifth and East streets. Kristopher Campbell, 44, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt. He posted bond.

Katherine A. Talbot, 40, Kewanee, was issued a citation for expired registration following a traffic stop at Birch Place and Page Street. She was given a notice to appear.

Lucas J. Carrasca, 20, Galva, was issued a citation for speeding (55/40) following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West South Street. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal at large was reported in the 100 block of East Seventh Street.
