Kelsey K. Johnson, 38, Kewanee, was arrested in the 600 block of North Burr Boulevard on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license and a Peoria County warrant for possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.
